Individual Visit Lactation Care for Growing Families
Our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants are committed to providing you with the highest level of expert feeding support while balancing the needs of baby with the well being of the mama/nursing parent.
Our individual lactation visits are limited in availability, as we give schedule priority to Fern Foundations and SOS Rescue families. Similar to an OB appointment, this level of support happens within the appointment time. For ongoing more comprehensive support between appointments, please see our packages.

Insurance covered lactation care
Our insurance options are PROVIDER SPECIFIC. We cannot both accept all insurance plans. Please be aware of the plans accepted when choosing your provider. Mom/nursing person & Baby are billed separately. Baby is usually covered under the Mom/nursing person's insurance for the first 30 days, and then parents decide the coverage for baby. If baby will be covered by an insurance plan that we cannot bill, a flat $75 fee will be charged per visit, or if baby's claim is not fully covered, the remaining balance will be the parent's responsibility.

For apple health & Medicaid
We are not medicaid eligible providers and cannot bill Apple Health, however we are happy to offer a 40% off discount to our regular visit fees (as listed on the BOOKING PAGE ) for office and virtual visits for those with Apple Health / Medicaid.

Superbill & Self Pay
We are happy to provide a Superbill that includes all the billing codes necessary for you to submit to your insurance plan for your reimbursement. You will be charged our cash price at the time of your visit.
