holistic feeding support to help you and your baby thrive
When booking a package you receive the Fern Prenatal Prep & Consult for FREE!
The first 3 months are often called the "Fourth Trimester" and are a deeply transformative season — one that deserves to be held with support, connection, and community. Our Fern Flourish Packages extend beyond just clinical lactation care to provide holistic, relationship-centered support to help your family feel nourished and empowered as you grow into your new rhythm together.
With ongoing guidance rooted in your family's unique goals and values, you’ll feel less alone in the uncertainties of postpartum life and more connected to both your baby and yourself. Instead of frantic 2am internet searches, you will have your expert IBCLC waiting on the sidelines to be tagged in to help support feeding, recovery, emotional wellbeing, and the natural transitions of early parenthood with warmth, reassurance, and compassionate care.
Families often share that continued support helps them feel more grounded, confident, and connected — creating space to not just survive postpartum, but truly settle into it with greater ease and trust.

This package offers priority access to experienced, holistic support focused on helping you feel calm, informed, and cared for during stressful moments. Together, we work to identify the root of the problem, create a clear plan, and provide reassurance and guidance so you can move forward with greater confidence and connection to your baby.

Visit Type Descriptions
-
Fern Prenatal Prep Course & Consult: Basic lactation education and one-on-one visit with one of our expert IBCLCs to help you feel ready to confidently begin your feeding journey.
-
Home Visits: Stay home in your PJs and enjoy the guidance of expert feeding care happening in your own space. These visits typically occur on week 1 and week 2 after birth, and are essential in getting you off to a good start, targeting issues with latch pain, treating engorgement, establishing a milk supply, coping with growth spurts and monitoring baby's weight.
-
Office Visits: Most parents start to feel ready to get out of the house during weeks 3-6, and these are well timed for observing baby's feeding patterns and weight gain, determining any need for supplementation, get pumping off to a good start, introducing bottles, managing the "witching hour" and establishing healthy sleep habits.
-
Group Drop Ins: A valuable asset to have an IBCLC available in a group setting for weekly weight checks, weighted feeds and to answer any questions you might have outside of private visits. The added benefit of a group model allows connection between other parents who are also navigating the early weeks and months of newborn life, helping to build support and community that extends beyond our space.
